REGISTRATION

Registration for the art of ART 2018 has reached maximum capacity and has been closed.

Terms & Conditions for Registration, including Flight & Accommodation assistance, are as follows:

Registration to the Meeting is provided complimentary to attendees. The number of places is strictly limited. Delegates must be available to attend the full meeting commencing at 4pm on Friday 11 May until it concludes at 4pm on Saturday 12 May 2017. Registration closes on Friday 27 April 2018 unless capacity is reached before this date.

Confirmation
Your record of registration, hotel booking and flight preference will be sent to you via email automatically upon completion of your registration.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the Meeting for any reason, you are required to contact the Secretariat in writing immediately.

 

Delegates are liable to repay all flight and accommodation costs incurred by the Organisers due to cancellation of any flight and/or accommodation. Any cancellation fees incurred by the organiser as a result of delegate flight and/or accommodation changes after they have been confirmed will be the responsibility of the delegate.

Accommodation & Flights

Assistance is available for flights and accommodation to attend the meeting according to the following:

·        Accommodation on Friday 11 May 2018 is available for delegates attending from Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory and Regional NSW only.

·        New Zealand delegates, where required due to flight times, are eligible for up to two (2) nights’ accommodation to participate in the Meeting.

·        If delegates elect to arrive early or to extend their stay in Sydney, additional nights’ accommodation may be arranged for you at the Sheraton on the Park, at the delegates own expense (at the rate of $375 per night), pending room availability. Please contact the Meeting Secretariat for further details.

·        Flights will be booked, where required, for delegates travelling from Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, Regional NSW and New Zealand.

·        Flights will be booked in economy as non-changeable airfares based on the best fare of the day.

·        For local NSW delegates:

up to $60 on Friday and up to $30 on Saturday, in parking costs to and from the venue will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts. Delegates can park at the Piccadilly Car Park, 137 Castlereagh Street, Sydney CBD - 400 metres away from the meeting venue. We recommend that you pre-book your parking online, select the Hourly Parking Rate and the option that suits you best.

If taking public transport, a maximum of $20 per day will be refunded upon submission of receipts.

·        For interstate/NZ delegates we recommend travelling from/to the Sheraton on the Park/Sydney Airport via Sydney Trains to St James Station, then walk 130m to the Sheraton on the Park.

·        Once registration and travel bookings have been made, delegates are responsible for fulfilling the requirements of their travel itinerary.

·        Any fees incurred as a result of flight changes, cancellations or missed flights will be the responsibility of the delegate.
