How to claim points:
For details on how to claim points for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for attendance at the APSAD 2017 Conference please see the reporting requirements of your professional association listed below. Members of professional associations not listed here should contact their association directly to enquire about CPD point recognition.
RACP - Royal Australasian College of Physicians
Fellows of the RACP can claim CPD credits for attendance at the APSAD conference in MyCPD category 4 ‘Group Learning’ at 1 credit per hour. Visit the RACP website at https://www.racp.edu.au/ for further details.
RACGP - Royal Australian College of General Practitioners
GPs can self-record by logging onto the RACGP website. Visit RACGP website for further details www.racgp.org.au.
ACRRM - Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine
The 2017 APSAD Conference has received ACRRM accreditation at 17 core points for full three days attendance. Attendees seeking to claim points will need to fill in the attendance sheet at the Registration Desk each day of the conference. The attendance sheets will be forwarded to ACRRM for confirmation and allocation of points.
PSA - Pharmaceutical Society of Australia
PSA members may self-record CPD undertaken. For further details visit the PSA website at: www.psa.org.au/my-career-and-cpd-plans/cpd-2
ACN – Australian College of Nursing
All members can self-report CPD activities via the 3LP portal. The only requirement is that for members to meet the CPD Registration Standard, the activity should be relevant to their practice. Additional Information
All delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance through email after the conference. If you require additional proof of attendance (e.g. a letter or copy of the program), please contact the APSAD Office on +61 (0)2 99252 2281 after the conference.
