Q. Where will the conference be held? 
This year’s conference will be held at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, 65 Queens Road, Melbourne from 12 – 15 November 2017

Q. What are the deadlines for abstract submission, registration and accommodation bookings? 


The deadlines are as follows:

Ø  Abstract submission: Sunday 21 May

Ø  Late Breaker Abstract Submission: Sunday 20 August

Ø  SUPER Early bird Registration: Sunday 2 April

Ø  Early bird Registration: Sunday 20 August

Ø  Accommodation booking: Sunday 1 October

Ø  Standard Registration: Sunday 22 October

Q. What is the climate usually like for the time of year? 
The conference takes place in mid-November which is towards the end of Spring. 

Ø  Average maximum temperature: 21°C

Ø  Average minimum temperature: 10°C

Ø  Average number of rain days (approx): 12 days (59 mm)

Q. Are hotel transfers available? 
The hotels listed on the website are within the conference venue. Therefore transfers to or from the hotel will not be provided.

Q. What is the dress code for the conference? 
During the conference days, smart casual attire is recommended. 
Smart Casual attire is recommended for the social program - APSAD dinner as well.

Q. What’s included in my conference registration fee? 
The conference registration includes catering for morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas and free conference APP. You will also receive daily conference sessions with our informative speakers. 

ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 


Q. Can my company book an exhibition space? 
Yes, we invite you to exhibit your product or service in the conference trade exhibition. The exhibition will be situated in Grand Ballroom 5/6/7 where refreshment breaks will be held.

Q. Can I book an advertisement in the conference handbook? 
Yes, there is limited space available for advertising in the handbook. Space must be booked before the end of August.
