Jacqueline started her community development career in mental health, before diversifying her experience within the Departments of Human Services and Health. Her work over the past 20 years has included service delivery, system development and policy implementation. Jacqueline is interested in developing systems which improve the health and wellbeing of marginalized people. She loves managing the Orticare Network as it is an opportunity to make ‘big-picture’ policy a meaningful driver of ‘small picture’ practice, and support change and innovation.

Sarah Lord has managed the PAMS Service for the last ten years and has been employed by Harm Reduction Victoria since 2001. She has completed a Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drug Work, has a special interest in anything relating to opioid dependence and has a keen sense of social justice.
After completing a Diploma in Alcohol & Drugs Work/Mental Health, Leora Robertson worked as a Youth Worker at a drug withdrawal unit and in Youth Justice. In May 2011 Leora began work as an assistant on the PAMS (Pharmacotherapy Advocacy Mediation and Support) Service and is currently employed in this role.
