Biography

Eun Ju (Jenny) Kim is a Transition Care Coordinator with Trapeze, the health transition service at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN). Paris Lay-Yee and Fiona J are members of the SCHN Youth Council and have many years in advocating for young people's rights to equitable healthcare.

Biography

Rachael is a Health Information Manager by background and has worked in various parts of the NSW Health system for over twenty years. She has worked at the Agency for Clinical Innovation since 2012 in the Aboriginal Chronic Care team and now as the Transition Care Network Manager since 2020.

Biography

Ruby Riethmuller is Deputy Commissioner (Lived Experience) at the Mental Health Commission of New South Wales, where she brings the insight of lived experience to help shape mental health reform, wellbeing policy and systems change across the state. Raised on a farm in regional Australia, Ruby’s own experience of mental illness inspired her to turn lived experience into a career dedicated to improving outcomes for others. Alongside her public leadership role, Ruby is the Founder and CEO of Womn-Kind, a preventative youth mental health organisation that has supported more than 35,000 young people across 37 countries through innovative programs, digital tools and education initiatives. Ruby is a Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow, a Commonwealth Youth Awards finalist, a Young Australian of the Year (NSW) finalist among other honours recognising her leadership and impact in mental health and social innovation.
