Biography

Dina is a Master of Public Health graduate. She is currently working as a Research Assistant in the Viral Hepatitis Elimination working group at the Burnet Institute. She is also undertaking a PhD degree focusing on public health interventions to reduce deaths from hepatitis B-related liver cancer.

Assoc Professor Jessica Howell is a consultant gastroenterologist at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and Head of the Hepatitis B and Liver Cancer Working Group at Burnet Institute and University of Melbourne. She is Chair of the GESA Liver Faculty.

Lilian is part of the Burnet Diagnostics Initiative (BDI) working on the development of point of care diagnostics for liver disease. She has a background in protein chemistry, enzymology, structural biology, biophysical characterisation of proteins, and protein and cell-based assays.
