Beth is an advanced trainee in public health medicine in NSW. She is an Honorary Senior Fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Infectious Disease department, conducting hepatitis B related research in Professor Cowie's team at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Viral Hepatitis, contributing to their Indicator and REACH-B projects. She completed her PhD at Oxford University, investigating the burden of Chronic Hepatitis B infection in a large cohort of Chinese adults.

Jennifer is the senior epidemiologist at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Viral Hepatitis at The Doherty Institute. Her work focuses on the innovative utilisation and analysis of publicly available datasets to inform epidemiology and public health action, and she currently leads the National Viral Hepatitis Mapping Project.

She is passionate about centering the voices of people with lived expertise and partnering with multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve health outcomes at the intersection of infectious disease, drug use and the criminal legal system.

Hayley is a Hepatology Nurse Practitioner at the Mater Brisbane and Queensland Injectors Health Network (QuIHN) These roles provide local and outreach management of clients with HCV and HBV. Hayley has a strong interest in the prevention, identification, and management of patients with or at risk of chronic liver disease.

Phoebe is a hepatology nurse practitioner candidate working at Latrobe Regional Health, Victoria, and is obsessed with everything liver! Phoebe is a big believer in delivering specialist liver care that is equitable, accessible, and efficient. This mantra has led her to developing a nurse-led paracentesis clinic. Phoebe gets a real buzz from teaching future health professionals about liver disease.

Adrian Farrugia is a senior research fellow at the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society, La Trobe University. Adrian has conducted qualitative research into experiences of hepatitis C, treatment and cure, some of which were informed the website VitalvoicesonhepC.org and a stigma-reduction toolkit for services providing care to people affected by blood-borne viruses and sexually transmissible infections.
