AIVL and its network of state and territory peer-led drug user organisations have collaborated with stakeholders from the harm reduction, alcohol and other drug and blood borne-virus sectors to deliver a National Framework for the peer workforce of people with lived-living experience of using drugs.
AIVL is launching the highlights of the National Framework at VH25.
Organisations who employ or are thinking about employing peer workers and people with lived-living experience of using drugs in viral hepatitis programs, peer education programs, and other positions will benefit from the information and advice coming from almost 40 years of experience in the peer workforce.
