Dr. Carly Mallise is an early career researcher with a background in psychology. Since 2023, her research has focused on hepatitis C testing and treatment in mental health and drug and alcohol settings, aiming to improve outcomes for priority populations.

Shane is a research associate at the Kirby Institute, Sydney, whose research examines hepatitis C-related morbidity and mortality. With a background in epidemiology, Shane aims to enhance understanding of HCV's impact, particularly in marginalized populations, and explore ways to improve treatment outcomes and public health strategies.

Marvad Ahad is a current PhD candidate at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University and the Disease Elimination Program at the Burnet Institute. Her PhD work is centred on the experiences of engagement in care of people living with hepatitis B and their perspectives on treatment.

Simin Yu is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Social Research in Health, UNSW Sydney. Her research focuses on stigma and health service utilization among culturally and linguistically diverse populations in Australia. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Ashma Shrestha is the Lead Policy Analyst at Hepatitis Australia. She has extensive professional experience in policy advocacy, communication, and social and behaviour change programming. Ashma has worked with UN Women and UNICEF across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and the non-profit sector in Australia.
