This informal session is designed to support community representatives attending the VH2025 conference. This includes:

• People with lived and living experiences of hepatitis B and hepatitis C
• Peer and Community workers
• People representing community organisations
• Peer and Community leaders
• Community-based clinicians, including community nurses, community pharmacists, and Aboriginal Health Workers.

Join with Hepatitis Australia, the Australian Injecting & Illicit Drug Users League (AIVL), Hepatitis B Voices Australia, Harm Reduction Victoria and LiverWell (Incorporating Hepatitis Victoria) to meet and connect with others from the community and find out about supports available to you during the conference.
