I have been involved in the management of the Syphilis Out Break in North Queensland since the start in late 2010. My main interest lies in developing Sexual Health and HIV services in Low Resource environments such as the remote parts of Australia, Papua New Guinea and other Pacific Island countries.

Dr Sheena Dias Viegas graduated in 2012 from the National University of Timor-leste. She is currently National Program Manager for HIV, STI and Hepatitis Ministry of Health, Timor-leste. She is a general practitioner, and she holds a diploma in pediatrics.
