Deborah’s main clinical and research interests include cervical cancer prevention, access to contraception and safe abortion and she has recently overseen the clinical aspects of a new cervical screening service for LGBTIQ+ people.

Kathy McNamee is the Medical Director of Planning Victoria. She co-authored “Contraception: an Australian clinical practice handbook” and is an adjunct lecturer in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology at Monash University. She is the clinical lead for provision of medical abortion at Family Planning Victoria.
