Rob Cover is Associate Professor at The University of Western Australia, where he researches on the relationship between (digital) media cultures, identity and youth. He is chief investigator on several Australian Research Council funded projects, including Queer Generations (2015-18) and Gender and Sexual Diversity in Australian Film/TV (2018-20) and on the Worldwide Universities Network project Resilience in Youth and Public Health Service Providers, among others. He has published many articles and six books, the most recent of which is Emergent Identities: New Sexualities, Genders and Relationships in a Digital Era (Routledge 2019).

Jenny Walsh is Education and Health Promotion Advisor at Family Planning Victoria. Her work includes The Practical Guide to Love, Sex and Relationships Years 7-10; Talk Soon, Talk Often: a guide for parents; Catching On Early – primary school sexuality education; and Gender Questioning – Trans Melbourne Gender Project & GLHV (2010). She is currently developing resources for international students.

Christy Newman has worked at the Centre for Social Research in Health at UNSW Sydney for the last 15 years, investigating social issues relating to health, sexuality and relationships, particularly in the fields of sexual and reproductive health, blood borne viruses, sexual and gender diversity, and child and family wellbeing.

Deborah is Medical Director of Family Planning NSW and Clinical Associate Professor in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Neonatology at the University of Sydney. She has worked in the area of sexual and reproductive health for over 18 years as a clinician, educator, researcher and is a past Chair of ASHA.

Dani Wright Toussaint has experience supporting LGBTIQ+ young people facing health issues, homelessness and inadequate support and education from their community and services. Currently, at Perth Inner City Youth Service they coordinate the homeless youth sector’s LGBTI ally network and contribute to the Australian LGBTIQ Inclusivity Guidelines for the Housing and Homelessness Sector.
