Details
The aim of this session is to understand sex work and the burden of HIV/STI in four different countries: New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong and China.
This section will discuss the following issues: how sex work is governed in different countries; the current HIV/STI epidemic among sex workers; the current issues and gaps; and future direction.
The panel discussion will:
Discuss any potential interventions for female sex workers. What works and what doesn’t? ; Any potential strategy targeting migrant SW? ; Online sex work is quite common in the last few year and they usually provide higher risk services. How could we target this group
