David H. Cloud, JD/MPH is a PhD student at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. He is a trained lawyer interested in empirical studies of how laws, policies, and institutional practices shape risk environments for infectious disease, overdose, and other harms among people who use drugs.

Léa Duchesne is currently preparing a doctoral thesis in epidemiology under the supervision of Dr Karine Lacombe (Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris, France) which focuses on the possibility of implementing test and treat strategies for HCV care in resource-constrained countries.
