He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Kirby Institute and was Project Leader of the Opposites Attract Study, an international cohort study of HIV treatment-as-prevention in male serodiscordant couples.

Dr Richard Gray is a researcher in the Surveillance, Evaluation and Research Program at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Sydney.
