Yan completed her PhD in Epidemiology and Health Statistics in 2007. She works as a Senior Research Officer at Family Planning New South Wales, focusing on sexual and reproductive health research and evaluation. She has over 50 peer-reviewed publications in the field of reproductive health.

Biography

Professor Jane Hocking is an epidemiologist in the Centre for Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne. She is Primary Chief Investigator for the SHAPE project. Her research interests include epidemiology and control of sexually transmitted infections, with particular interest in genital chlamydia infection.

Biography

Professor Meredith Temple-Smith is in the Department of General Practice at the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on sensitive issues of sexual health and hepatitis C, and both theoretical and practical methods for the uptake of interventions in primary care. Her most recent book is on sexuality in adolescence.
