He has worked in multiple industry sectors during his career including health, government, education, infrastructure, telecommunications, ICT, research, media, and consulting. Isabelle Purcell is a Health Promotion Officer with a background as a nurse in primary health drug and alcohol services.

Winnie has over 12 years of combined experience in primary health care, public health and project management. She began her career as a community pharmacist and evolved into positions including training coordinator at The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and her current role as Project Officer at Hepatitis Queensland.
