Biography

Liam is a PhD candidate with NDARC and NCCRED, and a Research Officer with the St. Vincent's Hospital Sydney Drug and Alcohol service. He conducts clinical trials of treatments for methamphetamine withdrawal, and broader research themes of stigma, sexualised drug use and the intersection of sleep and substance use.

Wayne Hall is Emeritus Professor at the National Centre for Youth Substance Use Research, the University of Queensland. He was Professor at the National Addiction Centre, Kings College London (2014-2019) and he has advised the World Health Organization on the health effects of cannabis use.
