Dr Jolene Cox is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems, UniSC. Her research is interdisciplinary, with an emphasis on complex systems science and health services research. She is interested in understanding the impacts of mental health system complexity on mental health and well-being outcomes.

Stacy Doan is an Allied Health Assistant whose experience involves delivering interventions for children with special needs in community-based paediatrics, restorative and pain therapy for residents of aged care in regional Victoria. As a fourth-year occupational therapy student, Stacy is also acknowledged through her receipt of Victorian International Education Awards.
