Michael undertakes research about digital media literacies and learning in home, school and community contexts. He is the Program Leader for Creating Better Digital Futures for QUT's Digital Media Research Centre. He is also a chief investigator in the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child.

I am located in Tenerife, and am currently enrolled in year 9 at Fortitude Valley State Secondary College. I am a very big music person as I play the guitar, piano and am starting to write my own songs! When I’m not playing guitar I will be playing touch football! This is my first year working with Project Rocket and I’ve loved it! I am part of the ‘Design Collective’.
