Tanya Applegate leads the research laboratory team in the Viral Hepatitis and Clinical Research Program at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Sydney. Tanya’s interests include HCV translational research, molecular epidemiology and the development and implementation of HCV molecular diagnostics, to improve health care among marginalised populations and resource limited settings.

Amanda is an infectious diseases physician practicing in Geelong. She has an interest in blood borne viruses, and equity of healthcare for people living in regional areas. Amanda recently completed a PhD focusing on models of care for hepatitis C treatment.

Dr Jane Davies

Dr Jane Davies is a NHMRC clinical research fellow at the Menzies School of Health Research and an Infectious Diseases and General Medicine Specialist at the Royal Darwin Hospital. Her research focuses on Hepatitis B spanning molecular and clinical epidemiology as well as translation and implementation of holistic and sustainable clinical care.
