Lubinda Chingumbe is a public health expert and human rights advocate with over 20 years’ experience leading HIV, SRHR and health systems programs across sub-Saharan Africa. As an independent consultant, he advances community-led, rights-based approaches to viral hepatitis and HIV prevention, care, research and policy advocacy.

Prof Joseph Doyle is currently Professor in Infectious Diseases at Monash University, and is jointly appointed at Burnet Institute as Deputy Director of Disease Elimination Program and Head of Infectious Diseases Clinical Research. He continues to work in clinical practice as a senior infectious diseases specialist at Alfred Health.

Grace Hogan brings extensive experience working in hepatitis communications and partnerships, including delivery of major national initiatives such as World Hepatitis Day in Australia. She has significant expertise in executing communications, social media strategy, event management, media and health literacy strategies.

Nicola is a Hepatology Nurse Practitioner: Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty and Hepatitis Foundation NZ. Trained in the UK, Nicola has lived and worked in the Bay of Plenty for the past twenty years. She brings extensive expertise in hepatology nursing, with a clinical focus on viral hepatitis.

Annabelle is the Manager of the Hepatitis Programs and Policy Unit in the Centre for Population Health, overseeing implementation of the NSW Hepatitis Strategies to support hepatitis elimination. She is also completing a PhD at UNSW, focused on evaluating hepatitis C diagnostic testing strategies to improve access.
