Tara Lines is a Peer Navigator at Rodger Wright Community Clinic, drawing on more than 30 years of lived experience with addiction and mental health. A trained Harm Reduction Advisor, she builds trust, reduces stigma and supports people to access hepatitis C and other blood-borne virus screening, treatment and care.

Mielle works as a viral hepatitis CNC with the Royal Melbourne Hospital's nurse-led integrated hepatitis C mobile outreach team. Working in partnership with peer workers, she is passionate about improving equitable access to stigma-free care and patient outcomes by using data and systems to support, report and evaluate clinical care.

Adam is a Hepatology Nurse Practitioner working at Royal Perth Hospital and within the community. With a focus on building capacity within primary care, he is passionate about reimagining approaches to viral hepatitis management and models of care, particularly for marginalised communities facing ongoing stigma and health inequity.

Dr Heather Lyttle has worked in Sexual Health and Public Health. The last 20 years of her career were in West Australian Country Health working in regional public health After retirement in 2022 she began part time work in Hepatitis C management for the Department of Justice.
