Adam is a Hepatology Nurse Practitioner working at Royal Perth Hospital and is leading a novel, innovative project focusing on transforming approaches to Hepatitis B care and supporting GPs across Western Australia to provide this care locally within their communities without the need for specialist referral or transfer of care.

Hoa Nguyen is a PhD candidate at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research, University of Tasmania. Her research focuses on health service utilisation, models of care, and health equity for people living with chronic hepatitis B in Australia, particularly among First Nations communities in remote settings.

Marrianne Black is a registered nurse who has worked extensively in the field of Gastroenterological nursing in the Tertiary acute and outpatient care and is a experienced FibroScan operator. Marrianne has worked for over 8 years at the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ), as the Community Management and Treatment Coordinator for Viral Hepatitis, in the Love Health Program. This role involves working closely with bi-lingual community health workers supporting CALD communities, providing Fibroscan to, and assisting patients and GPs in the management and treatment of viral hepatitis, and as a liaison between Primary Care and Tertiary/Specialist health providers. Marrianne is also a member of the ASHM Nurse Advisory Group and the Australasian Hepatitis Association.

Kirsty has two decades of nursing experience spanning across infectious diseases, pain management, and critical care. For the past 2 years she has been in the role of Integrated Viral Hepatitis Nurse in the Barwon South West region (Victoria, Australia), bringing a wealth of clinical, public health, and research knowledge and experience with her.
