Dr Alyssa Fitzpatrick is an Infectious Diseases Physician based in Adelaide, Australia. She has an interest in tropical medicine and obstetric and perinatal infectious disease, and recently completed her last six months of registrar training at the Royal Darwin Hospital in 2023.

Biography

Adjunct Professor Darryl O’Donnell is the Interim CEO of Hepatitis Australia. A seasoned and well respected health leader with more than 30 years’ experience in community, research and public sector roles, Darryl has led transformative initiatives in blood-borne viruses and mental health across government and community sectors. He is a passionate consumer advocate, serving on the Board of the Consumers Health Forum of Australia and driving reforms to research governance and administration through the National Health and Medical Research Council. He is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Biography

Jessica Michaels is the Deputy CEO at ASHM. Jessicas work at ASHM includes overseeing the implementation of HIV, sexual health, hepatitis C and hepatitis B workforce development, capacity building, resources, strategies and policies across Australia. Jessica has worked in the BBV and sexual health sector for over 15 years, managing a variety of government and non-government education, clinical and health promotion programs in Australia, South Africa, the UK, Papua New Guinea and Singapore.
