Sally has produced several important documents dealing with the over-use of criminal laws in cases of HIV transmission, exposure and non-disclosure.

Biography
Melinda is a Registered Nurse with experience in acute care, primary health care and public health, has completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion and a Masters degree in Public Health. As Clinical Nurse Lead - Nursing Program with the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine, Melinda is responsible for the ongoing management and development of ASHM’s Nursing Program. Ensuring nurses have access to high quality and relevant education to enhance their professional development and scope of practice is a priority.

Asha is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Research in Health, UNSW. Since 2001 she has contributed to numerous qualitative research projects on cultural and lived aspects of HIV, focusing on under-researched populations, including heterosexuals, children growing up with HIV, straight-identified MSM, couples with mixed HIV status.
