Gabriel Wishik is a harm reduction advocate and an internist trained in addiction medicine. He has extensive experience engaging PWUD in care through adaptive outreach strategies. He is currently working with MSF to implement a comprehensive harm reduction program (including methadone treatment and a needle/syringe program) in Maputo, Mozambique.

Kunal Naïk is the Advocacy Manager at PILS, a Mauritian-based NGO leading the AIDS response in Mauritius, where he is involved in advocacy at national and international level. His advocacy work has been mainly around Harm Reduction, Drug Policies, and Key Populations. He is also the chair of the Mauritian Country Coordinating Mechanism (MCCM), which oversees the Global Fund Grant to fight AIDS in Mauritius.

Currently, leading the Hepatitis C advocacy project in ALCS with collaboration with Coalition PLUS and funded by Unitaid.
