Biography

Tom is a postdoctoral researer at NDARC, UNSW Sydney, specialising in data-linkage and observational research on opioid dependence. His PhD examined trauma and mental-disorder impacts. Collaborating with WHO, UNODC and the EU Drugs Agency, he informs global guidelines and policies and now focuses on incarcerated populations and justice health services.
