Dylan Moore is the Director of VEN Centers, an outreach-based hepatitis C treatment program under Arizona Liver Health. He leads statewide efforts to eliminate HCV among underserved populations by building mobile, field-driven models that reach people who use drugs, unsheltered individuals, and those disconnected from traditional care systems.

Tamari Mgebrishvili is a PhD student of Public Health at Ilia State University. She has been working as an addiction researcher since 2018. Tamari was one of the members who implemented public health vending machines for PWUD in Tbilisi, Georgia. Tamari is a member of the INHSU Early-Mid-Career-Researcher's Committee.

Jonas Demant is a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen and actively involved in community work through User's Academy, a drug user organization based in Copenhagen.

Stephanie is a Clinical Scientist at UKHSA, Bristol in the UK. She is currently carrying out a part-time doctorate as part of the University of Manchester Consultant clinical scientist training programme (HSST programme).

Lasha Gulbiani is a public health researcher and PhD student at the University of Georgia. His work primarily focuses on infectious diseases, particularly viral hepatitis. His experience is mainly dedicated to conducting educational campaigns and enhancing HBV and HCV care for PWID and other marginalized populations.
