Biography

Dylan Moore is the Director of VEN Centers, an outreach-based hepatitis C treatment program under Arizona Liver Health. He leads statewide efforts to eliminate HCV among underserved populations by building mobile, field-driven models that reach people who use drugs, unsheltered individuals, and those disconnected from traditional care systems.

Tamari was one of the members who implemented public health vending machines for PWUD in Tbilisi, Georgia. Tamari is a member of the INHSU Early-Mid-Career-Researcher's Committee.
