Martha Papadopoulou is a nurse and a PhD candidate at the Medical School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her main research focuses on populations at risk for HCV and HIV/AIDS. She served as the head nurse of a study, which explored the feasibility and impact of a public health system Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) intervention in the recently emerging HIV epidemic in Athens
