Conor Ashleigh is a storyteller and communications specialist, who has worked with us to develop INHSU's 'Connecting with Care' film series, showcasing innovative models of hepatitis C care from across the globe. Conor takes a participatory approach to his work and places equal emphasis on the process of working with people and the importance of delivering compelling stories. Conor has worked in more than 40 countries globally, and has specific experience within the health, education, research, development and agriculture sectors.

Connecting with Care uses powerful storytelling to profile innovative models of care for hepatitis c elimination among people who use drugs. These films give a voice to the community, telling their stories and showcasing best practice from across the globe. Filmed by visual storyteller Conor Ashleigh on behalf of INHSU, the project aims to inspire community organisations, practitioners, advocates and policymakers by showcasing emerging and innovative best practice

Tanyaporn Wansom is currently Director of Research at Dreamlopments and protocol chair of C-FREE. She serves as a hepatitis investigator in the multinational AIDS Clinical Trial Group (ACTG). She received her MD from University of Michigan and PhD from Johns Hopkins. She is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.

Dr Joss O'Loan is a GP and co-founder of Kombi Clinic. When not working at his usual gig of Medeco Inala General Practice, he is driving around Brisbane in a 1975 Yellow Kombi van testing, treating and curing Hep C in a variety of locations.

Leanne is a highly qualified nurse practitioner with more than two decades of specialised experience in viral hepatitis and advanced liver disease. She has extensive experience working with public hospitals and other agencies and has worked in the alcohol and other drugs sector for approximately 6 years.

Sanam Hariri holds an M.D. from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (2018) and is currently a research assistant affiliated to the Digestive Diseases Research Institute of TUMS in Tehran. She is dedicated to improving the HCV care cascade among marginalized populations, including people in custody.

Dr Lazarus leads the ISGlobal Health Systems Research Group, which includes viral hepatitis elimination studies. He is vice-chair of the EASL International Liver Foundation, is a core member of the Lancet Gastroenterology and Hepatology Commission on Viral Hepatitis and is a working group chair of the EASL-Lancet Liver Health Commission.

Dr. Maia Japaridze received her Master’s degree in Medicine from Tbilisi State Medical University and did her residency in Gastroenterology and OB/GYN and became certified doctor.
