She has performed over 1500 outreach fibroscans and conducted enumerable HCV nurse-led clinics.

Joss O'Loan is a general practitioner who started an outreach model of care, taking medical services to drug rehabilitation centres in Australia. The successful initiative has led to over 300 people accessing care and there are now plans to expand the model of care to music festivals and sporting events.

Inês Pereira, a Psychologist in Ares do Pinhal. Inês has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has been working in Ares do Pinhal since 2016. Until 2021 Inês was working in a Mobile Outreach Program (MOP), as a psychologist and it was also her role to escort the patients to the health services (Hospital) for medical consultation, new clinical analysis and fibroscan to start the right treatment at the mobile units (where they take daily methadone). Currently Inês is working in the Drug Consumption Room (DCR) in Lisbon. That's a facility with two assisted consumption rooms - one for intravenous consumption and another for smoked consumption. Inês is also part of the Reasearch Group from Ares do Pinhal.

Kelly Reinhardt, PMP, UMKC SoNHS provides strategic communications and marketing on federal grants. Ms. Reinhardt brings core competency in qualitative research that informs marketing strategy. She is PI for a CDC-funded HIV prevention training grant and manages SAMHSA-funded ATTC Network’s HCV initiative. She has co-authored seven peer-reviewed articles about communications.

Vana Sypsa is Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Medical Statistics in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Her research interests are focused on viral hepatitis and HIV. She is principal investigator in multiple community-based and prison-based programs targeting the population of PWID in Greece.

Brett Wolfson-Stofko, PhD has conducted research on infectious disease and opioid overdose prevention and worked at syringe exchanges and overdose prevention sites in New York City and Toronto. His current research focuses on HCV screening and linkage to care strategies for people who use drugs and those with psychiatric disorders.
