My main focus for several years has been to improve patient experience amongst a wide range of service users and providers, and to develop innovative projects that will enable greater access to care for all patient/client groups.

Sidsel Sejr is a nurse and head of development and quality control, studying a master in Public Health (MPH). She has been working with people who uses drugs in ten years. In 2018 she implemented SACC in her organization (Shared Addiction Care Collaboration), which focus is to treat people with Hepatitis in-house in the OST clinics.

Lesley Gallagher is a clinical research nurse, working in Vancouver, at three inner city clinics, which have HCV treatment programs embedded into their primary care/addictions programs. She also works in Saskatoon, for the Saskatchewan Infectious Disease Care Network (SIDCN), providing Hepatitis C care within the urban centre and in northern and rural areas of the province. Lesley is the vice president and education director for the Canadian Association of Hepatology Nurses (CAHN) and represents CAHN, as a member of the steering committee for Action Hepatitis Canada (AHC). Lesley is a facilitator for the HCV Education Program, organized by The International Network on Hepatitis in Substance Users (INHSU), providing HCV training sessions for nurses and general practitioners in Canada.
