Niklas Luhmann is a medical doctor. He completed his Masters in Public Health at the University of Berlin in 2006. He has been working throughout ever since on access to healthcare of marginalized populations. In July 2019 he joined the Global Hepatitis Team at the WHO in Geneva.

Marie Nougier is IDPC’s Head of Research and Communications. She also engages in networking, civil society capacity building activities, and policy advocacy engagement, especially at the UN, in Latin America (with a focus on gender) and Europe (as a Core Group member of the EU Civil Society Forum on Drugs).

Sean Regan is an Associate Director of Partnerships and Resource Mobilization on CHAI’s Global Hepatitis team and has been with CHAI for seven years. He is based in New York and currently supports work across all seven CHAI hepatitis program countries. In his role with the Global Hepatitis Team, Sean has guided partner governments through the launch of public hepatitis programs and worked with both public and private stakeholders to support scale-up efforts. In addition to hepatitis programming, Sean has held roles in health financing and new product introduction with CHAI. Through this work, he has gained extensive experience with commodity quantification, program costing, resource mapping, cost-effectiveness analysis and policy development. Before joining CHAI, Mr. Regan was a member of JP Morgan’s North America equity derivatives trading operation.
