George Parker (they/them) is a queer and non-binary midwife and Senior Lecturer in Health Service Delivery at Te Puna Hauora School of Health, Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington in Aotearoa New Zealand. George is lead investigator of Warming the Whare, a three-year Health Research Council of NZ funded participatory action research project working in collaboration with perinatal services to build their capability for trans inclusion. George is a parent of four children in a blended extended queer family and lives on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast.
