Biography
Vincent is a specialist in sexual health medicine in Sydney. In addition to his medical qualifications he holds a PhD in sexual health epidemiology, and his research focuses mainly on the prevention of HIV and other STIs.

Mary is a clinical epidemiologist at the Kirby Institute, UNSW. She is the chief investigator on a number of anal cancer prevention studies and was chair of the ASHM anal cancer screening guidelines committee.

Overview of HRA service
Biography
Richard Hillman runs the Dysplasia and Anal Cancer Services at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney, where the SPANC study and Gardasil trials were held. He is a past President of the International Anal Neoplasia Society and led the development of the international guidelines for the practice of HRA and DARE.
