David J. Carter is Scientia Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law & Justice, UNSW. He is the research lead of Health+Law, which aims to improve the legal environment surrounding HIV and hepatitis B in Australia. David is an Australian lawyer and a board member of the HIV/AIDS Legal Centre.
