Alison Lima is a proud Registered Nurse and the Director of Clinical Services at Aunty Jane- a nurse & midwife led teleabortion service delivering accessible, evidence-based reproductive healthcare across Australia. As a co-founder of Aunty Jane, Alison is deeply committed to reducing barriers to care for those navigating complex intersections of language, geography, and systemic inequity. Her work champions culturally responsive, patient-led models of care that uphold bodily autonomy and centre the expertise of nurses and midwives in reproductive health. Through clinical leadership, advocacy, and education, Alison is transforming how abortion care and reproductive health are delivered—ensuring it is not only safe, but compassionate, informed, and person-centred.

Biography
Chris Bailey-Mills is the Sexual Health Clinical Nurse Consultant for Murrumbidgee and Southern NSW Local Health Districts within NSW Health. Chris is responsible for the coordination, service provision, clinical support and oversight of the HIV and Sexual Health Services. Combined coverage is approx. 170,000 square kilometres (x3 size of Tasmania) and a combined population of 500,000 people.

Biography
Elizabeth is big believer in patient focused health care. After 13+ years as an Emergency Nurse in a tertiary ED, Elizabeth progressed to the Walk in Centres as an Advanced Practice Nurse and found a space for exceptional comprehensive primary health care which placed the patient at the centre. Now as a Walk in Centre Educator, Elizabeth continues to develop and train staff to maintain the principles of comprehensive primary health care with our new role as an Urgent Care Centre. Elizabeth aims to continue to advocate for nurses and expanding their scope of practice whilst maintaining the Walk in Centres exceptional practice standard.

Biography
Kelly is an advanced practice nurse working in sexual and reproductive health since 2004. She worked in the specialty in the UK for 10 years before moving to South Australia in 2014. Kelly also works as a nurse consultant in domestic and family violence and am currently studying the Master of Nurse Practitioner with the University of South Australia/Adelaide University.
