Dr Sally Nelson is a rural generalist who has worked in remote communities for Central Australia Health Service for 12 years. Using her experience in primary care and public health, she is one of the writers of the Australian Clinical guidelines for HTLV-1 for Aboriginal Primary Care Settings.

Sue is an Endorsed midwife, RN and Lactation Consultant who has lived and worked in Central Australia since 1995. She works at the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress in Alice Springs, providing primary health care, sexual, reproductive and child health and as a midwife and relieving Lactation Consultant at Alice Springs Hospital
She has worked closely with parents of many backgrounds and most recently with clients experiencing breastfeeding challenges in the context of HTLV-1.
