Assoc Professor Janine Trevillyan is the Head of Clinical Virology and HIV services and Deputy Director of Infectious Diseases and Immunology at Austin Health, Melbourne. She is also a researcher within the University of Melbourne at the Peter Doherty Institute of Infection and Immunity. She is an active member of the AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG). As an infectious diseases physician and clinical researcher her work focuses on understanding and preventing the long-term complications of HIV, particularly reducing cardiovascular risk and metabolic dysfunction.

Brent Allan has been working with a community response perspective to HIV for over 25 years across multiple countries and with NGOs and as an advisor to numerous scientific, research and industry partners. He has published extensively and maintains a commitment to ensuring that the voices of PLHIV are heard.

Mao is from Colombia, has worked with QPP for four years as an HIV and STI test facilitator and, for the past two years, as a Peer Navigator. He supports young people living with HIV, newcomers, and those from diverse backgrounds in Australia. Mao is part of PLAN and funds Queensland’s Young Social Group for PLHIV.

Dr. Beng Eu is a GP and co-director of Prahran Market Clinic. He has had an involvement in clinical research for many years, in the areas of HIV treatment, testing prevention as well as in the area of performance and image enhancing drugs.

Kath Leane is the longtime convenor of Positive Lives South Australia. Diagnosed in 1987, she has been a NAPWHA Board member and is an active contributor to the National Network of Women Living with HIV
