Learning Objectives
  • Examine how human rights, social inclusion, and enabling environments influence HIV outcomes and access to services across the Pacific.
  • Explore the evolving realities and priorities of people living with HIV and key populations, and understand how social, legal, and structural barriers—including stigma and discrimination, gender inequality, violence, criminalization, and economic vulnerability—affect participation, access to services, and health outcomes.
  • Gain insights into community-led and rights-based approaches that strengthen trust, accountability, service quality, and equitable access to HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support services.
  • Understand the role of community leadership and Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) in identifying barriers, generating evidence, and informing more responsive and people-centred HIV policies and programmes.
  • Identify practical actions and partnerships that can strengthen enabling environments and support more equitable, inclusive, and resilient HIV responses across the Pacific.
Presentations from Symposia 3: 10:30AM-12PM will be repeated.
