Biography
Scientia Associate Professor David Carter is an Australian lawyer and researcher in the field of medical and health law at UNSW. David currently leads the Health+Law Research Partnership which aims to improve access to justice and quality of life for those living with Hepatitis B or HIV in Australia.

Dr Rule is the Senior Research Manager at the National Association of People living with HIV Australia (NAPWHA). He plays a key role in driving NAPWHA’s strategic engagement in HIV-related research. He is involved in a range of ongoing studies relating to the lives of PWH in Australia and internationally.

Dean Murphy is a Research Fellow at Alfred Hospital and Monash University, as well as Kirby Institute, UNSW, working on projects related to COVID-19 vaccine acceptability HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
