Dr Shih is a health economist with demonstrated expertise in economic evaluation and health services research. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing trial-based economic assessments, conducting economic evaluations, and developing economic models. Her research interests include infectious diseases, rare genetic disorders, cancers, diabetes, psycho-oncology, and disability research.

Quang is a PhD student at the Kirby Institute. His research is to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of point-of-care testing for infectious diseases in Asia-Pacific using mathematical modelling. He is currently working with researchers in the Accelerating the UPtake of HIV Drug Resistance surveillance initiatives in Papua New Guinea (ACTUP-PNG) study.
