Max Heers is an Education and Community Engagement Worker with Children by Choice. Max is an experienced educator and workshop facilitator who is guided by equity centered trauma informed principles and has 15 years experience working in behaviour guidance, community arts management and sexual health education.

Dr James Allen is the Director of the Orbona Foundation, an NGO for the prevention of harm to LGBTIQASB+ Children. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Managers, a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australasian College of Legal Medicine

Simone-lisa Anderson, is the Tasmanian representative for IPSA, the IPSA secretary/IPSA Parent representative for Australia. She is a member of The Tasmanian Whole of Government, DoH and DoJ LGBTIQA+ reference committees. Consults within many departments of the Tasmanian Government and other jurisdictions. And is the Project officer for Better Lives.
