Meaghan is an experienced and passionate leader in the community services sector. They have experience in executive roles, training, business development and quality improvement. They work to provide support, safety and well-being within the workplace, to bring out the talent and passion in all staff in order for them to thrive. Meaghan actively leads initiatives related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace broadly and LGBTIQ+ specifically. They are committed to high quality, authentic leadership, workplace well-being, diversity and inclusion and LGBTIQ rights. They love connecting with other people, learning from their experience, hearing their story, sharing knowledge and working together.

Michelle is an Honorary Enterprise Fellow at the University of Melbourne in a health related area and an LGBTIQA+ activist. She joined TGV in 2015 and a committee member since 2016. They chair the advocacy subcommittee of TGV.

We have over 18 years experience supporting people in the counselling and not-for-profit sectors. Freedom focuses on supporting LGBTIQA+ youth, with roughly 80% identifying as gender diverse.
With backgrounds in counselling, psychology, human rights, social justice and youth work we are both passionate allies to the LGBTQIA+ community.

She is also an adjunct in the School of Social Sciences at Western Sydney University. Cristyn is Co-Chair of the AusPATH Research Committee.
