In this interactive session, we invite professionals working with LGBTQIA+ communities in regional, rural, and remote Australia to contribute their perspectives on affirming care provision. Collectively, we hope to reflect on the strengths, challenges, and opportunities present in our service contexts. We hope to use the lived experience and practice wisdom shared in this session to inform the development of our policy and practice guide, and ultimately, to assist health and community organizations to provide better outcomes for the LGBTQIA+ people they serve.
