Mojca Maticic is a specialist in infectious diseases and internal medicine, leading the Viral Hepatitis Unit and the STI Outpatient Service at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases, University Medical Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She is also a Full Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana. She chairs the multidisciplinary National Viral Hepatitis Expert Board and leads the viral hepatitis elimination strategy in Slovenia.
