Dr. Svetlana Doltu is a Moldovan public health expert and Director of NGO AFI, specializing in prison health, TB, HIV, and harm reduction. She has led penitentiary health services and now advises WHO, UNODC, UNAIDS, the Global Fund, and the Council of Europe on the right to health and human rights in closed settings. With over two decades of experience, she bridges grassroots interventions and international policy to ensure equitable healthcare for marginalized populations

Olivia is a Doctoral Candidate in Epidemiology at the University of Ottawa, focused on Harm Reduction in incarcerated populations. Olivia previously worked as an infectious epidemiologist with Correctional Services Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, WHO, and UNAIDS.

Olivia is a Postdoctoral Fellow based at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. Her primary research interest is the prevention of infectious diseases among priority populations, including people who inject drugs and people in prison.

Leo Martinez is an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. His research focuses on tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, including prevention, active case finding, treatment outcomes, and infectious diseases in prisons. He works with collaborators across the United States and internationally.
