My research investigates hepatitis B as an issue where the biomedical, social, economic and political intersect, and how viral hepatitis affects individuals and communities. I have worked in community, government and research sectors seeking to reduce the personal and community impact of blood borne viruses, particularly viral hepatitis.

Rosie is the CNC at the Kirketon Road Centre where she developed the viral hepatitis treatment program, including expanding primary health care outreach clinics and HCV care, management and treatment to marginalised communities and co-ordinates the clinical research trials.

Her knowledge emphasis to the themes of harm reduction, stigma, and discrimination. Additionally, she has experience working with CALD communities.
Harini holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion.

Yinzong Xiao is a PhD student of the University of Melbourne and based at Burnet Institute and St Vincent's Hospital. Her PhD research is primarily concerned with improving hepatitis B testing, linkage to care and treatment uptake among high-risk populations in Australia.

His PhD topics includes hepatitis C transmission in prison through whole genome oxford-nanopore next-generation sequencing, identifying the non-injecting risk practice through qualitative methods and tracking trends of HCV epidemic through population genetics/bioinformatics. He is a Bangladeshi physician/epidemiologist.
